Good afternoon🩵 Yesterday we were at a party where my contribution was pavlova for dessert. This time I used a piping bag and made small “balls” in a ring. Used a spoon to make a dump on top for the cream. Here is the recipe in Norwegian and English: Pavlova 6 egg whites 3 dl sugar 1 dl caster sugar 2 tsp vanilla sugar 2 tsp cornstarch Whip the egg whites stiff and add the rest of the ingredients Bake at 140 degrees (bottom rack) for approx. 1 1/2 hours Cream: 3 dl cream 2 dl vanilla cream Whip cream until creamy and add vanilla cream Garnish with desired fruit ********* Pavlova 6 egg whites 3 dl sugar 1 dl caster sugar 2 tsp vanilla sugar 2 teaspoons cornstarch Beat the egg whites stiff and add the rest of the ingredients Roast at 140 degrees (bottom shelf) for about 1 1/2 hours Cream: 3 dl of cream 2 dl vanilla cream Whip the cream until creamy and add the vanilla cream Garnish with desired fruit ******* Have a lovely Sunday evening🩵 Hugs from Lena 🩵🎂🩵🎂🩵🎂🩵🎂🩵
